HK and USA are different. HK government has almost no debt but USA government has the biggest debt (USD14 trillion) in the world. HK has more than HK2.2 trillion reserve but USA has none. QE I already created a lot of issues e.g. assets bubbles, speculated currencies transaction increases to dangerous level (this may be the biggest bubble now), inflation etc but the economy and unemployment have not been improved yet. Therefore, why some of the economists suggest we need both monetary and fiscal policies to tacket the current financial dilemma.

hi, I bet the Obama奧巴馬 Administration should boost the U.S. slowing economy by using QE II (quantitative easing II)and it may mean to enlarge budget deficit. Of course, during the war time, both determination, courage and weapons are important. However, nowsday, what China most concern is to have more peaceful time for development. Very few people will doublt whether China is able to fight against USA or other countries but very few people want China to have war with other countries. Indeed China can do the following first: 1. Lodge a complaint to UN immediately for USA's harrassment and bullying 2.In the mean time, well prepare for defense against the invasion from USA. 3. Arrange other demonstration with Russia, North Korea and even Iran in East China Sea or Mediteranean Sea. 4. Sell most of its T-bond immediately 5. Show its power of submarine, space weapons, nuclear weapons etc in some areas close to USA's allies but not attack them. 6. Impose a economic sanction against USA, Japan or Korea. ...

關切raised a very good point why 亞正 cannot run for election for CE of HKSAR even though he's so 叻. The answer is the election for CE has been controlled by the central government and a small number of election committee which are appointed by the central government. Of course, we cannot deny both Tung and Tsang have some contribition to HK and China. However, the damage they have bought to HK are much much greater. If there's real universal suffrage for CE in HK, why 亞正 cannot run for CE? 關切, Why can you reject him without knowing who he is, his qualification and his contribution to HK.
