| 香港經濟日報有限公司 (簡稱「經濟日報」) 承諾根據香港之個人資料 (私隱) 條例 (第486章) 及國際認可之個人資料私隱保護政策，保障閣下的私隱權利。
2 個人資料搜集及用途

(i) 凡登記使用經濟日報轄下「香港經濟日報網站（www.hket.com）」簡稱(「www.hket.com」) 的訂閱服務均需提供個人資料，個人資料包括但不限於以下各項：

| a | 用戶姓名 |
| b | 聯絡地址 |
| c | 電話號碼、手提電話號碼或傳真機號碼 |
| d | 電郵地址 |
| e | 身份證明 |
| f | 交易記錄 |
| g | 銀行戶口號碼及戶主姓名 |
| h | 信用卡號碼、銀行名稱及信用卡有效日期 |
| i | 其他相關資料 |

經濟日報會根據此私隱權保護政策聲明邀請閣下提供個人資料，上述資料用途將會顯示於 www.hket.com 版面上，而你提供的個人資料亦只會用於有關的說明用途上。
(ii) 經濟日報不會在閣下瀏覽 www.hket.com 時搜集你的個人資料。當你瀏覽網站 www.hket.com 時只會搜集你的瀏覽次數紀錄，而不會搜集你的個人資料。瀏覽次數紀錄的收集是用以估量 www.hket.com 的每日瀏覽人次，有關資料只作統計網站使用率用。
(iii) 當閣下瀏覽網站時，經濟日報會以寄存 Cookies 方式搜集你使用網站的資料。「 Cookies 」是從網站伺服器發出並儲存於你電腦硬碟內的細小文字檔。在訂閱 www.hket.com 時，你是必須接受 Cookies ，否則訂閱機能是不能使用的。經 Cookies 搜集的資料只作網站分析你對 www.hket.com 的喜惡習慣，而不會向第三者提供。

| 在有關私隱條例保障下，閣下有權向經濟日報查詢你個人資料的內容及更改任何不準確及不及時的資料。如需取用及更改個人資料，請 到 www.hket.com 網「 會員專區 」內作更改 。 |

| 7. | 經濟日報集團之個人資料共用 |
|
|
閣下同意你的個人資料將會被經濟日報集團及關聯公司用作直接促銷活動，並為集團及關聯公司提供互聯網使用及其他產品和服務的數據 。 如果你不想你的個人資料用作經濟日報集團的促銷用途，請以書面或電郵至 info@hket.com 通知我們的個人資料保護主任 。

Hong Kong Economic Times Limited (“HKET”) is committed to protecting your personal data privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of Peoples’ Republic of China and internationally recognized standards of personal data privacy protection.

| 2. | Data Collection and Use |

(i) To facilitate HKET to provide you with services from time to time, it is necessary for you, to supply HKET with personal data. Personal data collected by HKET include but do not limited to the following :

| b | address |
| c | telephone or mobile number or fax number |
| d | e-mail address |
| e | identity reference |
| f | payment record |
| g | bank account number and name |
| h | credit card number, name of bank and expiry date |
| i | other data in connection with our operations |

The data above will be used by HKET only for the purposes stated in the respective screens on which HKET invites you to provide your data and in accordance with this policy statement. HKET will only use the information provided for the stated purposes.
(ii) HKET does not collect any personal data from you during your browsing of www.hket.com. When you visit www.hket.com, HKET records your visit only as a "hit" and does not collect any personal data from you. The "hit" information is to allow HKET to compile general statistics to show the daily number of visitors to www.hket.com. HKET uses this information only for preparing general statistics on the traffic and usage of www.hket.com.
(iii) When you visit www.hket.com, HKET collects general information about your visits by means of “Cookies” files. "Cookies" are small text files which are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard disk drive. In our subscription model, you are not allowed to disable this function. The information is only used for analyzing your preference in relation to the subscription services we provide and will not be provided to any third parties.

Once HKET has obtained your personal data, they will be maintained securely in our system. Only authorized staffs, who have been properly trained, will be permitted to access to those personal data. HKET will also ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

| 4. | Transfer of Personal Data |
|
| Your personal data held by HKET will be kept confidential but HKET may provide such information to: |
| a | banks in connection with payment of relevant fees; |
| b | any personnel, agent, adviser, auditor, contractor or service provider who provides services or advice to us in connection with our operations; |
| c | any person or corporation under a duty of confidentiality to us |
| d | Person to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements or pursuant to any order of a court of a competent jurisdiction; and |
| e | other third party organizations which may assist in HKET's business. |

| 5. | Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing |

| HKET may from time to time deliver to you direct marketing materials based on your personal data provided to us. If you do not want to receive those direct marketing materials, please advise our Personal Data Protection Officer by writing or by e-mail to info@hket.com |

| 6. | Access and Correction of Personal Data |
|

The Ordinance provides you the rights to ascertain whether HKET is holding your personal data and to correct any data that is inaccurate and not up to date. You may request for access and correction to your personal data by clicking the icon on the “Member Area” of www.hket.com.

| 7. | Sharing Personal Data with HKET and The Group |
|
|
You agree that your personal data may be disclosed to and used by HKET or its holding companies, subsidiaries, associated companies or other companies under the common control of the holding companies of HKET (‘the Group”), for purposes of direct marketing purposes or the provision of customized information regarding the Group’s network of Internet and other products and services. If you do not want to receive those direct marketing materials from the Group companies other than HKET, please advise our Personal Data Protection Officer by writing or by e-mail to info@hket.com
